Jenny was appointed Fiscal Officer in May of 2006. She brings to the village twenty years of government experience. Prior to coming to the Village of Oak Harbor she worked for the City of Port Clinton as Deputy Auditor for thirteen years, Human Resource Director and Administrative Assistant to the Mayor and Safety-Service Director for four years and supervisor of the utility office for three years.
The Fiscal Officer for the village is responsible for the day-to-day financial operations, investment of funds, payroll, employee fringe benefits, human resource issues, records retention and required reporting to the State of Ohio. The Fiscal Officer also acts as Clerk of Council.
